SHIPPING POLICY
All orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship. Possibly longer if not in stock, typically within 48 hours we will notify you if the part cannot ship immediately. Please email us to confirm stock before placing an order if you are concerned with lead time.
USPS:
All small value and small dimension packages can be shipped USPS if the value is less than $50. Please remember the post office is not the most reliable source of shipping. Quoted times are commonly missed, packages are commonly lost. If you want the order in a reliable time frame with proper insurance on your package please select UPS shipping.
UPS Ground:
UPS ground should be selected for the most reliable and dependable shipping option. All packages are shipped FULLY insured should anything happen to them, in which case we will handle the claim and typically re-ship your item before the claim is even paid out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if still new and not installed. Must be inspected here at Kozmic before issuing refund. Must complete RMA form to return products - RMA EMAIL CLICK HERE
Once a product is installed, worn, scratched, etc (not 100% perfect) it is considered "used" and will not be accepted as a return. Please note after 30 days of delivery, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
It is the purchasers responsibility to return ship the item to Kozmic for ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us before sending a part back for exchange.
